As the Network Operations Engineer, you will be the go-to person for our company as we build, monitor and operate our brand-new fiber optic broadband network.  You will work on our Technical Services team and are responsible for end-to-end network systems functionality - from transport, to headend/NOC operations, to OLT and ONT equipment – ensuring the delivery of quality broadband service.

Job Description

As a team member in our Technical Services department, you will be responsible for monitoring, implementing, and maintaining our fiber optic broadband network.  You will serve as a key technical resource to the organization and provide technical support to internal and external customers.  You will be an individual who isn’t afraid to “get their hands dirty” by visiting and troubleshooting equipment in the field.  You are highly organized, skilled at managing multiple projects and can easily communicate technical information in understandable laymen’s terms.  You are a proactive problem solver who can think critically and deterministically during incidents and outages.
