Firefly Fiber Broadband, a Subsidiary of CVEC (Central Virginia Electric Cooperative), is looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative to join our team as we build a "world class" gigabit fiber to the home (FTTH) network in the CVEC service territory; which includes 14 counties located within Central VA, between Charlottesville and Lynchburg, and I81/I95. Firefly Fiber Broadband is headquartered in Palmyra, VA
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is expected to provide the highest level of service to Firefly Fiber Broadband internet and telephone customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The CSR will effectively respond to inquiries, billing and technical questions, service issues, concerns/complaints; as well as educate customers regarding Firefly's products and services. The CSR will actively work with each customer to understand their unique high speed data requirements, in order to ensure that the products and services they sell best meet those needs. The CSR will also process sales orders and change of service requests; and interact with dispatch and the field operations team on network connection, service installation and in-home appointment scheduling.
Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience; familiarity with telecommunications such as cable, wireless, internet or VoIP preferred.
